When founder Peter Martensen switched to the ketogenic diet in 2017, he had a hard time finding keto-friendly chocolate that tasted just as rich and enticing as his favorite traditional bars.
He tried diet products made with sugar substitutes like aspartame and sucralose and even monk fruit. He tasted ones with sugar alcohol and Stevia. But nothing came close. That’s when he decided to use his 26 years of expertise in chemistry to solve the problem on his own. And so, Perfect Fit Chocolate was born.
Since then we’ve dedicated ourselves to making simple, delicious, full-bodied chocolate with just three ingredients: cocoa liquor, cocoa butter and most importantly — allulose.
